The hotel room was comfortable with a good breakfast. The staffs were friendly and location was easily reachable from popular tourist destinations. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful place to stay.
The hotel needs renovation as there were little defects in the room we booked. The bathroom amenities are quite limited and could have been better.

Fine views over rice fields and Mt Rinjani volcano. Superb staff and excellent food. Organized a fantastic walking tour in the rice fields, farms, and monkey forest. Fabulous pool with amazing scenery

The hotel boasts a great location for those looking to explore rural areas and enjoy stunning views of the volcano. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is good. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. a walking tour around the rice fields and the monkey forest organized by hotel staff is highly recommended.
Some minor room defects were found during the stay, such as electrical sockets not working and a shower that didn't function properly.

I had a great stay at this hotel withvery comfy and tidy rooms. The hotel facilities were perfect with an internet connection that was fast and reliable. The hotel provided various options for transportation and renting a motorbike from the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast served here was really good and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Not obvious to find: Local food options.

Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for local activities. the breakfast had a good variety and was tasty.
The rooms were not up to par with what we expected. Electrical sockets were not working in one of the rooms, and the door in another was difficult to open.
